
TRADE SHOW & ARTS & CRAFTS INFORMATION SHEET
- Trade Show and Arts & Crafts will be located in the Exhibit Building. The building is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day during the Fair. Security is on the grounds commencing at 10 p.m. daily.
- Indoor — Individual display areas — 12 x 10 including a table, two chairs, and electrical outlet. Adjoining areas of the same dimension may be reserved, subject to availability, at an additional cost.
- Outdoor — Display areas are 12 x 10 feet, either on grass or concrete, depending on location. Some areas are serviced with electricity; however, no guarantee of electrical service is provided in outdoor areas. No furniture is provided for outdoor displays; exhibitors are responsible for their own chairs, tables, etc.
- Each contract entitles the exhibitor to two 3—day passes at the exhibitor´s rate of $6 each. Passes must be worn at all times while on the grounds.
- Show opens at noon on Thursday. Displays must be set up by that time and remain in place until closing on Saturday evening.
- Exhibitors must refrain from distributing firecrackers, smokers and other noise making items, which cause a danger to livestock and their handlers.
- Trade show/Arts & Crafts units are allocated on a first come—first served basis. Space may be guaranteed only by mailing the trade show contract, along with your payment for trade show space and exhibitor passes, to reach the DAS Office at least two weeks prior to the fair dates posted.
- A map of the Trade Show area indicating your allotted unit space and an events package will be available when you arrive.
- Please remember to wear your wristband at all times. It is your admission to the grounds. Otherwise you may be charged gate admission for the day.
